I am giving the recipe for an 8 x 8 pan. Just double the recipe for a 13 x 9 pan. I have made them both ways and they have turned out great. It is very a easy recipe. You can make as much or as little as you want.

Ingredients

1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tbsp Cocoa
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
Dash Salt (1/4 tsp Salt when doubled)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Flour

Directions

Grease and flour a 8 x 8 pan for single batch (13 x 9 for double batch). Cream butter and sugar. Add cocoa. Stir in eggs and remaining ingredients. Bake 350 degrees 25-30 min for single batch (40 min for double batch).
