Indian Ice Cream - Kulfi

This is an exotic, wonderful summer treat.

Ingredients

14 oz can evaporated milk
10 oz can condensed milk
16 oz Whipped Topping
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
5-6 strands saffron
10 almonds chopped
10 pistachios chopped

Directions

In blender combine all the ingredients except Whipped Topping. Pour into a bowl and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a shallow 3L dish. Freeze until set. Remove about 20 minutes before serving to soften. Cut into squares and serve.
