Coconut Egg Nests

These special treats are fun to make and good to eat. Kids especially like to help make them.

Ingredients

6 ounces white candy coating, coursely chopped
6 drops green food coloring
1 cup flaked coconut
36 jelly beans

Directions

In the microwave, melt candy coating; stir in food coloring until blended. Add coconut. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper in 12 mounds. Make an indentation in the center of each with a spoon. Fill each with three jelly beans. Let stand until set. Make 1 dozen.
