DO NOT LET EDGES BROWN. I LIKE TO TOSS THE COKIES IN A BAG OF POWDERED SUGAR ONCE THEY'VE COOLED.
VARIATIONS:
ADD 1/4 TSP OF YOUR FAVORITE FLAVORING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
IF YOU WANT SOFTER COOKIES USE 1/2 OIL AND HALF BUTTER, THE COOKIES MAY NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED 30 MINUTES IF DOUGH IS TOO SOFT.
