Marinated Vegetables

I got this recipe about 30 years ago from an elderly lady who had brought it for a church supper. It is delicious.

Ingredients

1 can whole kernal corn
1 can english peas
1 small can butterbeans
1 can seasoned French style
green beans
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 bell pepper - chopped

Drain and mix vegetables. Bring to a boil --
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
or red wine vinegar with
garlic
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions

Mix all together and marinate in fridge for 24 hours, stirring occasionaly.
