Saurkraut Cake

I got this recipe from my sister. It is really easy, and delicious. Sounds bad but everyone who has ever tried it has wanted this recipe. Have fun having them quess the mystery ingredient-most will say coconut.


1 chocolate fudge moist cake mix
(Follow directions on box)
1 sm can or about 1c. of saurkraut
(drained and chopped)


Make up cake mix according to directions. Add drained chopped kraut to mix.
Pour into greased and floured pan and bake according to directions, adding 5-10 minutes to cooking time.
Frost with chocolate iceing of choice.
