My family loves these potatoes. You make them ahead, so on the day of the party, you can enjoy yourself.


5 lbs. potatoes
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 t. seasoned salt
2 T. minced onion
1 t. powdered garlic
1/4 c. fine chopped parsley
1/4 c. fine chopped chives


Peel and cook the potatoes until soft. Mash them well. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Can be made ahead, then refrigerate them.

On the day of the party, bake at 350 degrees, for one hour.
