5 Minute Fudge

Easy recipe to make and everyone seems to like it. Currants and nuts may be skipped if you wish.


Butter softened to grease cakepan 12oz semisweet chocolatechips8ozbutterscotchchips 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk 8oz walnut halves 1/2 tea. vanilla a handful currants


Grease 8inch pan.In a heavy pan melt all chips together with milk over low heat. Stir until mixture is smooth.Add nuts and currantsstir til smooth. Remove from heat,and place fudge in cakepan.Cool to room temperature or chill,cut into squares.
