I never really liked pumpkin pie until... "The Perfect Pumpkin Pie". This is my own original creation.

Ingredients

3/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TABLESPOON CINNAMON
2 TABLESPOON IMITATION VANILLA BUTTER NUT FLAVOR
2 TABLESPOON IMITAITON MAPLE FLAVOR
1 CAN (15 OZ) 100% PURE PUMPKIN
1 CAN (10 FL. OZ.) EVAPORATED MILK
1 UNBAKED 9 INCH DEEP DISH PIE SHELL
WHIPPED CREAM

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES F MIX: BEAT EGGS, SUGAR, SALT AND ALL FLAVORINGS. THEN ADD PUMPKIN AND EVAPORATED MILK. POUR INTO PIE SHELL. BAKE FOR 15 MIN AT 400, THEN REDUCE HEAT TO 325 FOR 50 MIN OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER OF PIE COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE COVERING WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIDGERATING. TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM BEFORE SERVING.
