Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies

My Mother-n-law made these every year for Christmas. They are Wonderful. It's a little time consuming, but worth it.

Ingredients

1 Pkg. Nestle Chocolate Chips
18 Oz. Smooth Peanut butter
1 Lb. Powdered Sugar
3 Cups Krisp Rice Cereal
1/4 bar Paraffin

Directions

Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, add krisp rice cereal. Form into balls, put on cookie sheet and chill. Melt Chocolate chips and 1/4 paraffin. Dip cookie balls in chocolate. Put on foil or wax paper until chocolate sets.
You can also melt white chocolate and drizzle onto cookie balls.
