In a large bowl combine the first four ingredients, set aside. In a saucepan, bring to boil the corn syrup and sugar , stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla, pour evenly over the cereral mix and toss to coat evenly. Spread into a lightly greased 15x 10 inch pan ,cool and cut into bars.
