Diabetic Straberry Pie

My husband is diabetic and he loves straberry pie. So here it is.

Ingredients

1 (3-oz.) package sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (3-oz.) pkg. sugar free jello
2-1/2 cups cold water
4 cups strawberries
1 (9-inch) baking pie shell
light cool whip

Directions

Mix pudding, jello and water in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Arrange strawberries in pie shell. Pour cool mixture over berries. Chill until set. Serve with cool whip.
