Directions
day1- This is the day you received your starter batter, or you made your own. DO NOTHING THIS DAY. Put this in 1 of the gallon ziplock bag. Day2- Squeeze the bag a few times.
Day3- Squeeze the bag a few times.
Day4- Squeeze the bag a few times.
Day5- Squeeze the bag a few times.
Day6- Add 1 c. flour,1 c. sugar and 1 c. milk in the bag.
Day7- Squeeze the bag a few times.
Day8- Squeeze the bag a few times.
Day9- Squeeze the bag a few times.
Day10- add 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, and 1 cup milk into the bag and mix well.
Once you have completed the 10 day cycle, pour 1 c. of starter into each of the four one-gallon size ziploc bags. Keep one starter for yourself and give the other three starters to friends alone with a copy of these instruction.
TO MAKE THE BREAD:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Then sift together:
1 c. sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 t. salt 1 box vanilla instant pudding (any flavor is o.k. be creative)
2 c. flour
1-1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
Add dry ingredients to remaining batter in a bowl. (It doesn't look like much, but it is enough.)
Add to this mixture:
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. chopped peacons ( optional or may be sprinkled)
Mix throughly and pour into two large, well greased and sugared ( with cinnamon-sugar) loaf pans. Sprinkle extra cinnamon-sugar on top of batter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
