Ranch Pasta Salad
This pasta salad is a favorite in our family! It's fast and easy, as well as being delicious. It's also easily made for a small or a large group.


The amount of each ingredient depends on the size of the crowd you are feeding - it's best left to the cooks discretion.
Ranch Dressing
Parmesan Cheese
black olives, sliced
salt, pepper, seasoning salt
minced garlic
finely chopped onion


Boil the pasta - I usually use two or three different kinds of pasta, simply for appearance. Drain the pasta. Rinse with cold water to cool it off quickly if you'll be eating it right away. Pour pasta into mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, seasoning salt, minced garlic, black olives, finely chopped onion, and parmesan cheese. Pour Ranch dressing over the top and mix well. Add more Ranch dressing until it looks right. If you are serving this later in the day, or the next day then you will want to add more Ranch dressing just before serving. Enjoy!!
