This delicious recipe was given to me by a coworker. IF YOU LOVE RUBEN SANDWICHES, YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE!! And with only 5 ingredients, this is a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients

1 large can of sauerkraut
1 lb. chipped deli corned beef
1 8 oz. bottle of 1,000 island dressing
8 slices swiss cheese
cubed rye bread

Directions

Drain sauerkraut. Spread sauerkraut in a 13x9 pan.

Slice the corned beef into thin strips. Place the corned beef in a layer over the sauerkraut.

Pour salad dressing over top.

Place a layer of swiss cheese over the dressing.

Lastly, arrange cubed bread over top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
