Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 cup grated cheese (any kind) I use Chedderella
4-6 eggs (scrambled)
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic and seasoning salt to taste
Directions
In a large skillet add butter and oil and add potatoes and onions. Cook until brown and done. Meanwhile, brown and drain bacon in another pan and when done add to hash brown mixture. Make scrambled egg mixture to your preference and scramble. Add to hash brown mixture. Stir until all combined, then top with cheese and serve.
