Prepare the cake as directed by the instructions and bake in 9x13 pan. While it's still warm poke holes over entire cake..... use the handle of a wooden spoon or any 'tool' you would like.
Mix together the Eagle Brand milk and the coconit milk and pour slowly over cake.
Allow to soak in 'fridge 4-5 hours or, ideally, over night.
Frost with Cool Whip and pile on the coconut flakes.
