PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Grease 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

STIR Streusel Mix and butter in small bowl until crumbly.

STIR egg, oil, water and Carnation® Evaporated Milk in large bowl until well blended. Add Cake Mix and stir for 45 strokes. Do not over mix.

POUR half of batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of streusel. Pour remaining batter over streusel. Sprinkle with remaining streusel.

BAKE for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and topping is golden brown.
