"Pumped Up" Chocolate Milkshake

This classic chocolate milkshake made with low fat ice cream is more than just cool, rich and creamy; it also includes a surprise – pumpkin! Pumpkin adds rich body while also providing a boost of fiber and Vitamin A. The fat free evaporated milk offers extra richness and calcium without providing any extra fat. All this makes for a yummy and satisfying treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (4 large scoops) Chocolate EDY’S® or DREYER’S® SLOW CHURNED™ Light Ice Cream
  • 2/3 cup (5 fl.-oz. can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk
  • 1/2 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin

Directions

PLACE ice cream, evaporated milk and pumpkin in blender; cover. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Makes about two 8-oz. servings
