Dill Deviled Eggs, add 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill. Eliminate paprika.
Curried Deviled Eggs, eliminate Dijon mustard, use 1/3 cup evaporated milk and add 1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder.
