Layered Mock-Neapolitan Pie For 8 is an easy dessert option for summertime. The chocolate and strawberry flavors make this a real taste sensation.

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared (6 oz.) 9-inch chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 package (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 bottle (13.5 fl. oz.) Strawberry Milkshake Flavor NESTLÉ NESQUIK Refrigerated Ready-to-Drink Milk, divided
  • 1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided

Directions

PLACE pudding mix, 1 1/2 cups Nesquik and half of whipped topping in large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed until thoroughly combined. Pour into crust.

COMBINE remaining Nesquik and whipped topping in small bowl; stir well. Spoon over top of pie. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

PLACE in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
