COMBINE popcorn and Nerds in clean brown heavy-duty paper bag.
COMBINE sugar, butter and corn syrup in small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.
POUR sugar mixture over popcorn; fold bag closed. Shake thoroughly to coat popcorn.
FAST PACED RECIPE! Move quickly once the sugar mixture has boiled otherwise it starts to set and is difficult to coat popcorn.
