
2001 Recipe Contest Winners!
The Grand Prize Winner of the 2001 NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE
'Share the Very Best' Recipe Contest, this dessert was created
by Terri
Hewitt
of Elwell, Mich.
This mouthwatering cheesecake
features layers of NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate,
Butterscotch and Premier White Morsels. It is then topped with
a beautiful drizzled finish, making it perfect for holiday entertaining. In addition to the Grand Prize winner, three recipes
were selected as finalists and each finalist will receive $1,000
cash and
a gift basket full of NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE baking products,
including NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Baking Bars, Baking Cocoa,
Choco-Bake, Morsels, and Chocolate Chunks.

were initially reviewed for creativity and to
determine if the recipe could be successfully
made into a finished dessert. Thirty top-ranking
recipes were then re-judged and evaluated on
four criteria: taste, creativity, appearance
of completed recipe, and history and tradition
of the recipe. |
