1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 10/1/04 TO ACCESS THE FULL OFFICIAL RULES FOR THIS PROMOTION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
   
   
2. TO ENTER: You may enter by registering at www.VeryBestBaking.com between 12:00:01 a.m. ET 10/1/04 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET 12/31/04. Follow the instructions posted on the entry screen, subject to the terms and conditions herein. To enter, answer the four (4) questions posted on-screen. The questions relate to various locations on the VeryBestBaking.com website. Each question has only one (1) correct answer, which can be found somewhere on the VeryBestBaking.com website. (Correct answer is not required for Sweepstakes entry). Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Limit of one entry per person, per mailing address, per internet protocol (IP) address during the Sweepstakes period. All entrants will receive a free LIBBY's® Pumpkin recipe booklet. (Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.)
   
   If multiple entries are received within the promotional period, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries will be disregarded. In case of a dispute over e-mail winner’s identity, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the IP address owner (who must meet eligibility requirements). Sponsor not responsible for entry submissions received after deadline, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the Web site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. By entering this sweepstakes entrant consents to the receipt of future program announcements that may interest the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All Internet entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET 12/31/04. Sweepstakes starts at 12:01:01 a.m. ET on 10/1/04 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/04.
   
   
3. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZES (50): Fifty (50) Grand Prize winners will each receive a copy of the book "SuperFoods Rx: 14 Foods That Will Change Your Life" by Dr. Steven Pratt and Kathy Matthews. (ARV: $25, each) (Total ARV of all prizes: $1,250). All entrants will receive a complimentary gift of a free LIBBY's® Pumpkin recipe booklet via U.S. postal mail. (Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.) Limit one complimentary gift per person during the sweepstakes period. Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Prize. The cash equivalent or the substitution of any prize or a portion thereof is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Only one prize awarded per person, household or address. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. All prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available.
   
   
4. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held by Publicis Dialog, Seattle, WA, on or about 1/7/05 from all valid entries received. Winners will be contacted by mail on or about 1/14/05 at the street address provided. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. Prizes will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after verification of eligibility.
   
   
5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 Continental United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, and its agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners may be required to complete and return Affidavits of Eligibility/and where lawful, Publicity Releases. Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
   
   
6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: All Prize winners consent to the use of his/her names, photographs or likenesses for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of prizes, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.
   
   
7. WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the winners list, write your name and address on a 3”x5” card, and mail in a first-class, stamped envelope to: Superfoods Sweepstakes– c/o Publicis Dialog, 424 Second Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98119 postmarked by 12/31/04 and received by 1/7/05. Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage.
