SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO CURRENT LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 7/1/2009. 1) TO ENTER: Access www.VeryBestBaking.com between 12:01 a.m. ET on 7/1/09 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 08/31/09 and follow the on-screen instructions. Those new to VeryBestBaking.com should sign up as a Very Best Baker by completing the official registration form. Upon completing your registration, follow the on screen instructions to enter the contest. If you are already a Very Best Baker, simply log in and follow the on screen instructions to enter. There are four (4) promotion periods (“Promotion Periods”), each Promotion Period will run for approximately two (2) weeks. The beginning and end dates for each Promotion Period are set forth in the chart below. Each Promotion Period requires separate entry; entries from an earlier Promotion Period will not be carried to subsequent Periods. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address at time of entry. During each Promotion Period entrant can enter one (1) time each day, for a total of fifteen (15) entries per Promotion Period, per person, per email address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user.

2) PRIZES PER PROMOTION PERIOD: GRAND PRIZE: There will be a total of four (4) Grand Prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes, one per Promotion Period. Each Promotion Period, one (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) $500.00 Visa® gift card. (ARV $500.00 each; total ARV $2,000.00). Additionally, there will be a total of twenty (20) first prize packages awarded, five (5) each Promotional Period. Five (5) first place winners will each receive a gift package consisting of two (2) gift bags, one apron, one oven mitt, one cookbook, and eight (8) assorted Nestlé® free product coupon. ARV of each gift package $114.69; total ARV of all gift packages is $2293.80. (Total ARV of all prizes for the entire sweepstakes is $4293.80). Gift cards are subject to any applicable state or federal regulations and certain restrictions may apply; see gift card for details. Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of greater or equal value may be awarded. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Only one prize awarded per person, household, address or IP address. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. All prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available. All federal, state and local taxes, if any on the Grand Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4) ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia, 18 years or older, except employees and the families of Nestlé USA, their affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies. Nestlé USA, their affiliated companies, representatives, agents or employees are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prize winner against, any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5) OTHER CONDITIONS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes by technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time and award the Prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or web-site or to be acting in violation of the Rules. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
6) WINNERS: Winners’ names will be posted on VeryBestBaking.com on or about 7/18/09, 8/3/09, 8/18/09, and 9/3/09.
