bit of the sugar, so I used some Splenda and cut the sugar in half.

OH My Gosh is this gooood!!!!! I love chocolate sauce with ice cream or brownies or cake..lets face it I love chocolate sauce with just about anything. This is as rich and delicious as I have ever had. Now for the experimentation--I think the next time I will have to add some peanut butter, after all they were made to be eaten together! (what can I say I love to play with my recipes)

I have decided to use this lovely syrup in all my chocolate recipes either in small or large amount. I am sure it will turn out well as my family simply loved this chocolate syrup and have made me promise that I will always have it ready in the fridge so that they can have it whenever they want. Hence my promise to them that I would use it in all my chocolate recipes!

This recipe is a breeze to stir together and tastes delicious. GREAT as an ice cream topping but would be good on anything that takes a chocolate sauce... I may never use store-bought again.

i decided at the last minute that i wanted a chocolate sauce for my dessert, this was so easy to make, i made a triple batch, we had it over cake late on in the week, my sister-in-law has had it over peanuts, she just loves it.
