What is Evaporated Milk?

To make evaporated milk, we take fresh milk and remove half the water. When there’s less water, the milk fat, protein and calcium are concentrated. That means there’s more milk fat, protein and calcium per cup. Along with the special process, these are the key components of milk that give evaporated milk its creaminess, full-body and nutrition.
