Birthday Cookie Cake

by K. Kennon , Mount Jackson, VA on Mar. 2010

My wife made this for my birthday in a 12-inch round pan. After it cooled, she decorated it with frosting and when she presented it to me, I was just thrilled. We froze half (after it was cut into pieces). It is great to take a couple of the pieces out of the freezer each day; they do not take long to thaw!

Chocolate Chip Walnut Bars

by T. THERESA , Berkeley Heights, NJ on Feb. 2010

These cookies are delicious. I dress them up a bit during the holiday season. Prepare and bake following instructions using walnuts as the nit of choice. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut into bar. Melt 1 1/2 cups Nestles Toll House semi sweet chips. Place one teaspoon of melted chocolate in the middle of the cooled cookie. Top with a walnut piece.

A Family Favorite

I have made these cookies many times for family and friends it is a great easy recipe, and never fails to impress! I find that it is so much easier to make one big pan cookie instead of hours spent on individual cookies and the best part is every time i make them people ask for the recipe and all i have to do is send them to the website.

I've made these many times for work and everyone always eats them up. They are easy to make and a lot easier to bring to work than regular cookies.

Chewey Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie

by B. Betty , Bonne Terre, MO on Jun. 2009

Hi, I have made these pan cookies for years, and, I add a package of dry vanilla instant pudding mix to my dough to make them "chewy." Try this. My family & friends love these cookies--and--they don't crumble on your floor when little kids eat them! A PLUS!

What an easy recipe to make in a hurry. The cookies were a big hit at our barbeque.
