I made this last night and my "picky eater husband" loved it. He swears he hates cream cheese. He never knew he was eating cream cheese! Ya'll let me fool him so easy with your recipes. Thank-you!

Everyone was taking in food to a local family that had experienced a loss. People have been taking food in for support of the family, & I didn't want to take in "the same". This is a great side dish, everyone loves rice & mushrooms!

I liked this recipe but my family was not too fond of it. It had and interesting mix of flavors and textures. I think that was what they disliked about it. This is recipe is definitely better suited as a side dish for something that doesn't have a soft texture. It would go best with steak or chicken.
Family LOVES it!

I have made this for years, but tried the variation this recipe offers yesterday. The family says it was better than the last time I made it!

I made this last night with regular cream cheese as i could not find NEUFCHATEL cream cheese asdn have no idea what it is. This recipe was pretty good. I was skeptical after reading some negative reviews, but after making it and tasting it, I do not understand why it got negative reviews. This was a nice side dish. We had it with roasted chicken. PERFECT!

I lightened this up to make it Weight Watcher friendly, used brown rice, added 6 chicken tenderloins and 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper. Yum! My husband loved it as well.
For an after dinner surprise, try the Chocolate Satin Pie. One bite and the smooth chocolate richness will have your loved ones asking for more.
Ah, is there nothing finer after a day in the snow than curling up on the sofa with a hot cup of cocoa?
A creamy pudding with a banana twist. This dessert not only looks appealing in the glass bowl, but your guests will be pleasantly surprised from the first bite to the last.
