I work at a cafe and we make this with strawberries every Mothers Day. Wonderful hit with the moms and delicious. There's never any left. Be sure to refrigerate to make sure they set. After dipping and setting with the dark, chocolate dip the tip in white chocolate. Adds even more color and flavor.

My friend and I decided to try to get her sons to eat more fruit no matter what. This worked so well that they now will even eat apples and bananas without the chocolate.
