This moist delicious bread is wonderful with the tart flavor of lemon. My 88 year old mother-in-law stated that it is the best she ever had. Even the ends of the bread is as great as the center.

The flavor and texture was very good. Easy to make up. The glaze added the extra lemon taste without overpowering. Have made it in a bread pan and in a cake pan. Prefer the 8 inch square cake pan. Lemon lovers will love this lemon-ey delight.
