I added pecans which accented the butterscotch. My husband couldn't wait to try it and cut it before it cooled!

Very easy to make and perfect for the non-chocolate people. It was a big hit with all.

That is what my husband said the first time he tasted this fudge 11 years ago when we were dating. I have had this recipe for years though mine uses grated orange peel and orange extract for the flavoring. It is always a big hit with guests and family. As far as my husband is concerned, it is officially Christmas once I make this!

My 8 year old Grandson is my biggest Fudge critic. I usually make four flavors at Christmas time. I decided to add this recipe last Christmas after finding out my grandson likes Butterscotch. He says it is the Best.

This recipe is a wonderful alternative to chocolate fudge; everyone that tried it, loved it including my children!! They are very hard to please and are very picky. Wonderful and delicious!! This recipe is a keeper and will be repeated in my house.
