I made these for my mother's group and they loved it! It has a great peanut taste. I used dry roasted peanuts which tasted great. A great alternative to chocolate chips!

These cookies are simply the best, the honey roasted peanuts give them such a wonderful taste. I have made these cookies for several years now and still get asked for the recipe almost evey time.

I substituted dry roasted peanuts. It was a great substitution but the cookies over-all came out a little dry. I might use more butter next time?

We baked these cookies for a bake sale to benefit a charity
that we support year round, we had customers buying cookies and comming back for more, the sale was a great success thanks in part to these cookies.
