Raspberry Brownies are a dessert that your guests will fight over. It's easy with our Refrigerated Mini Brownie Bites Bar Dough, raspberry jam and Premier White Morsels. Ready in 30 minutes.

  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Mini Brownie Bites Bar Dough
  • 1/3 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-inch-square baking pan.

PLACE whole bar of dough in prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to fill pan.

BAKE for 24 to 26 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Immediately spread jam over brownies. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

MICROWAVE morsels in small, heavy duty plastic bag on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; knead. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over brownies. Cut into bars.

Easy, quick grandchild friendly, it does not take a grown up to do this. If their too young just work the oven. Have some fun! Its a great movie night treat.

Made these for my hubby to bring to work. Everyone was super impressed. They taste fantastic and look hard but are sooo easy. A great update for the plain brownie.

Did someone say EASY?? Wow, couldn't get any easier or more tasty. The white chocolate drizzled over the brownies was just the right touch. And the raspberry jam was a huge hit.

This recipe was fantastic and super easy. I made this for a Valentine's party at work an got raves. I used a brownie mix instead and added some chocolate chunks into the mix. I also decorated it with Dove's heart chocolate on top. Raspberry and chocolate are a great combo.

I made these brownies using a box mix for a 9x13 pan and doubled the raspberry jam and white chocolate amounts. I didn't taste them b/c they were for a treat on hubby's birthday (on Valentine's Day) to share w/co-workers. He is bringing home an empty pan and rave reviews. The pan looked pretty w/white chocolate drizzle, can't believe how easy this was to do! Looking forward to making a smaller pan for the two of us to enjoy at another time. Thank you for a quick, easy recipe that is also yummy!
