This made a nice loaf. My family loved it, and I will make 2 next time! I didn't have pumpkin pie spice, and used 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp allspice, & 1 tsp nutmeg in it's place. Next time I will omit the allspice - I think it made it a little too spicey for my taste, but no one else seemed to notice.

The recipe instructions were very easy to follow. The loaf turned out very well. I made two loaves and on the second I put the nuts in the mix instead of on top. It was a different taste from the first. I really enjoyed making them and my family and I enjoyed eating them.
