I loved these truffles. I have been looking for a recipe as good as the candy you buy at the expensive stores and this is great. I will make this over and over again. I shared them with my friends and they loved them.

I absolutely love these truffles. No one can believe that I know how to make truffles, so I keep it a secret how easy it is. I always have to take some sort of desert to christmas parties and family functions and these are always a hit. You have to set aside quite a bit of time to make them, but they are definately worth it!

These truffles where great and very easy to make.I also used this recipe, but used cherry flavoring only 1/8 of tsp, instead of the 1 tbls of mint. These tasted just like a chocolate covered cherry.

These were so simple and so good. My partner and I made them together, which was a great "get in the holiday spirit" activity. We'll be making these for holiday hostess gifts this season!

I have never liked truffles, but these I like. I made them for gifts and tasted one. To my surprise I liked them, I'm not sure but maybe it was the mint. Everyone I gave them to loved them.

I made these for Christmas and they were amazingly easy. Just make sure you cool them long enough or they are really hard to roll up.

I've made them the past two Christmases and everyone fights over them. The fun part is dipping them to coat them with chocolate.
