This was such fun! I know it's not March yet, but I wanted to bring it to work. Now they tell me I have to make it again for St. Paddy's Day!

I just finished making two of these for our St. Patrick's Day lunch. They came out great and were easy to do. I had to make two, as we were anxious to taste it, and didn't leave enough for tomorrow!!

I had a "home show" with some of my girlfriends over to my house last night. It was a great dessert and so festive! I'll use this idea with other holidays as they approach.

We have used this and are changing it up a little and will use this again. We are going to do kiwi fruit and green grapes for a dessert cookie, for Saint Patrick's Day! The kids love the big cookie ideas. We use these often. Keep them coming.

I'm really looking forward to Saint Patrick's Day with these very easy cookies for the kids. My daughter-in-law is making them with her Girl Scout Troop. The squeals from the girls was just as exciting as seeing the look on the parents faces when they came to pick them up. Thanks for such great ideas not only for me the Grandma, but the next generation, and next generation of bakers, theese young ladies with green sugar on their hands, and The Girl Scout Symbol over their hearts. Oh yes I still had to buy the ever famous Girl Scout Cookies from their troop, but it was much better and fun baking our own!
