Twice baked, these crunchy cookies are delicious with a steaming mug of cocoa or coffee to dip them in. Kept in an airtight container, they'll last for weeks so you'll be sure to have some on hand for those unexpected guests.

Better Than Family Recipe

I'm a life long biscotti baker. I actually like this recipe better than the one handed down in my family. The flavor is truer than the one I've been using. This easy to follow recipe, makes attractive biscotti with a very pleasant (not overpowering) flavor. This is going in the family cookbook (with an appropriate thank you to Very Best Baking real life bakers).

These were actually very easy. They turned out very yummy (better than the ones from the famous coffee houses).

I tried this recipe over my Christmas holiday and was quite surprized by the ease it took to make it and how truly delicious it is. It was great to dunk in hot chocolate according to my granddaughter.

This biscotti is simple to make and it tastes fabulous! Instead of instant coffee, I used finely ground espresso beans.

This is great if you add in choc. chips and then drizzle them on top also, it makes them a little moist on the inside. I have NEVER tried biscotti before and was a little timid, but WOW! It is great for my first try!

We enjoyed this biscotti a lot. It was softer and easier to eat than the storebought packages.
Serve this luscious Sweet Pumpkin Dip with a tray of gingersnaps, vanilla wafers or lemon wafers. Trim the crusts from white bread, spread this mixture on to create delicate party sandwiches and cut out with cookie cutters.
These individually-sized dessert cups are handy for entertaining.
