These pretty Frosted Maple Pecan White Chip Cookies are flavored with maple and vanilla morsels and topped with a simple maple frosting. Easy to make, yet elegant enough for special guests.

Just made a batch for the first time and I'm very happy that I found this recipe! They are light, moist and wonderfully different than the typical chocolate chip cookie. I'm sure I'll be making these again and again.

I couldn't find maple flavoring, so I used almond extract. Oh my, these cookies are now a family favorite. They are very sweet, but oh so good!! If you can make chocolate chip cookies from scratch, you can certainly do these!! MMM Very good!

If you are looking for something besides choclate chip to bake, these are great! I took some to work as a pre-tasting to our office cookie exchange and overwhelming majority said to include them! The cookies are very sweet. I made some with and without the icing. Either way, they are VERY tasty!

I just baked these cookies, they are wonderful. I also did not put the frosting on them. They were sweet enough without it.

I just finished baking a batch of these cookies and they are already a family favorite. The maple flavor is not too overpowering, and the cookies are moist and tasty. I substituted 1 cup of butterscotch morsels for the white chocolate, baking them at 370 for 10 minutes. I plan to save some to share with coworkers tomorrow, and I only do that with my best results!

I TRIED THE FROSTED MAPLE PECAN COOKIES AND SO FAR THEY ARE A HIT. I EVEN CAME CLOSE TO THE 5 DOZEN COOKIES THAT THE RECIPE SAID IT WOULD MAKE. A VERY NICE SIZE COOKIE. LOTS OF TIMES THE RECIPE MIGHT MAKE 5 DOZEN PENNY SIZE COOKIES BUT NOT THIS ONE.

Enough to keep some, give away some and take some to work. Co-workers and family are asking for again and again.

nice to try something as an alternative to chocolate chip! definitely will reintroduce this in the fall for the flavors within
This spectacular pie combines the "traditional" pecan pie with a distinctive chocolate flavor. What a wonderful way to complete a special meal.
A creamy pudding with a banana twist. This dessert not only looks appealing in the glass bowl, but your guests will be pleasantly surprised from the first bite to the last.
Put this hearty egg, cheese and sausage casserole into the oven early on a weekend morning and it will be ready by the time the whole family is up. An easy holiday brunch recipe! For extra variation try different cheeses, or add some ham or bacon bits.
