I made this cake for our community block party, and it was well received. Some chocolate desserts do not survive the heat of an outside June afternoon, but this cake did great. It is not as light as an original angel cake, but all in all it is a nice change. It is especially good with strawberry or vanilla ice cream!

I made this Angel Food for our card group for dessert and found it so easy to do and found the flavor excellent. I served it with whip cream and fresh strawberries. The cake does not rise quite as much as the normal angel food but it stayed so moist. I would do it again.
Yummy and good for you!

I made this for the monthly family birthday party since all the women are watching what they eat (with summer coming!) It was a big hit and easy to make... I topped it with a light chocolate ganache made with fat free half and half.
good and low fat!

Super easy and a good low fat alternative for chocolate lovers. Cake turned out a little denser than normal angel food cake, though that bothered no one!
