This was a perfect dessert to whip up quickly and at the last minute. The directions are simple and so are the ingredients. It's great for a cook out where there are other desserts because you can cut it in smaller blocks so people can enjoy a small taste. Everyone loved it!

I made them yesterday as a gift for my mother. I was looking for recipe with walnuts because I had a big bag of them I bought for another recipe. These bars were so delicious and my mother was nice enough to share. I will definitely be making these bars again.

I thought the recipe was overall very good but i think i would cut down on the amount of chocolate chips used. They were a bit too sweet for my taste.

Made these yesterday for some friends who visited last night. These were sooo good. Not too sweet as some nut pies are. Friends wanted the recipe. I will definitely make these again.
