I think these would taste better if I had used 5 tbls of coffee instead of 6. The coffee flavor is a little strong for me. But to break it up a little bit, before I put the pan in the oven, I sprinkled extra chocolate chips on top. It was perfect that way.

i mixed the eggs into the flour mixture and added the chocolate into that because I was worried about the eggs cooking in the hot pan, but they still came out amazing!! great coffee flavor!

This sounded great. At first cooking the coffee, I was a little concerned because it smelled burnt. But everything turn out great. They were a big hit with the ladies. Easy and fast my favorite. Easy clean up a plus!!!!!!!!

My family loves my usual mocha brownies, but this sounded just as tasty and a little easier, so I tried it. Everyone voted it almost as tasty as my usual, and they were glad for a little change of pace.

I liked these brownies a lot. Although my children didn't like them too much. I think its a better recipe for adults.
Ah, is there nothing finer after a day in the snow than curling up on the sofa with a hot cup of cocoa?
Put this hearty egg, cheese and sausage casserole into the oven early on a weekend morning and it will be ready by the time the whole family is up. An easy holiday brunch recipe! For extra variation try different cheeses, or add some ham or bacon bits.
These Mini Chip Cut-out refrigerator cookies are dotted with tiny chocolate chips. Vanilla frosting with a drizzle of melted chocolate completes the decoration.
