I love that these cookies are filled with coffee and chocolate flavour and are super soft at the same time. I have been making them for years. My favourite!

great coffee flavor

Quick, easy, and very good!! Coffee and chocolate are a great combination. I added 1 cup of peanuts to add another texture with chocolate and caramel swirled chips instead of semi-sweet chips. I will definitely make these again!

When I make this recipe my husband eats them as fast as they come out of the oven. He said that they are the world best cookie. I cant keep them long enough in the house to let other people try them. They are our favorite cookie.

This is a great new flavor twist on an old time favorite toll house cookie. It is just what a friend can share with me at an afternoon coffee or tea break.

Scrumptious Mocha Cookies

by K. Karen , DAYVILLE, CT on Mar. 2006

I don't care for coffee but these cookies were really good. I put the dough in a pan, baked for 12 minutes, cooled and then cut into bars. My friends ate them up like brownies.

I tried this for a Valentine bake sale. My kids tried them and they were very excited. Mom, you can make these again!

Very easy recipe. Don't use hot water for the coffee, it does something to the batter. Second batch was much better.
