Oh So Easy & Yummy

by H. Heather , Wilmington, DE on Jun. 2010

I made these for a cast party after our annual ice show at our skating rink. They are so easy to make! Everyone absoultely loved them. My daughter thought it was a little too rich with all the butterscotch, so I maybe would do a little less next time. Recipe doubles easily as well. Definitely a keeper for our recipe box.

Chocolate Marshmallow Mile-High Squares

by B. Barbara , on Dec. 2009

These Chocolate Marshmallow Squares are so easy to make using just a few simple ingredients. Although I make them all year round, I plan on including them with my collection of holiday baking recipes--and I will add a festive touch by substituting colored miniature marshmallows in place of all white.

Mile High Hit

by T. Toni , Phoenix, AZ on Jun. 2008

I made these for a family gathering this weekend and they loved them. They asked how I made them and the recipe is so easy to remember I rattled it off while some of them wrote it down. Easy for kids to make as well. It is sp tasty you can't eat just one! Seriously! They held up well on a 5 hour trip in a cooler with an ice pack. Thanks for the recipe!!!
