I made this for the 1st time last night. Delicious and easy. However, I put in only 1 TEASPOON of baking soda because the 1 TABLESPOON seemed like too much. Turned out great! Made it in 3 medium loaf pans - crunchy and brown at 40 minutes. Can't wait to make more to keep and give away.

Made this chocolate chip nut bread and it was out of this world. It's a good thing I doubled the recipe after reading other reviews. Cut back on the baking time also and it turned out perfect.

Made this one sunday afternoon and found it to be a very simple recipe to make. Only kept in oven for 40 min instead of full 55 min due to reading an earlier review and it turned out perfect. My sister actually swiped the second loaf to take home with her. Definately a keeper, going to try with raisens next time.

This is very good, tasted like a soft choc chip cookie. Make sure you check it at 45-50 min., my oven thermometer says oven temp is perfect yet 55 min was too long, bottom and sides got too dark and dry using a regular metal loaf pan.

I made this for my father-in-law who is a retired baker from Chicago....and it was so impressed that he asked me for your recipe. I say..."Way to Go" to the one who entered this. He is even putting this into his collection of recipes from past to present!

I made this delicious bread for holiday gifts for my friends. It was easy to make and pretty to recieve. I got many oohs & ahs. I now keep some in the freezer and pull it out when I have company. It goes great with a brunch also. Thanks for a great gift idea.
Even my picky hubby loved it!

I love this. It was so simple I had the batter made even before my oven had a chance to heat up. I did alter slightly. I added 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the dry ingredients and vanilla extract to the wet. It was delicious!!!

This recipe is sooo yummy! Last year I made miny loaves to give away to family and friends for the holidays. Everyone loved them! Now I am back because I misplaced my recipe and I am going to make them again. Thanks so much for this great recipe!

Made this to have Christmas morning and it was a hit. Very simple to make and came out perfect. This I will continue to make!
Tasty enough for any occasion, these butterscotch haystacks are mounded with a mixture of peanut butter, butterscotch morsels, marshmallows and chow mein noodles. To enjoy in a snap, make them the microwave way.
Chocolate cake mix, evaporated milk and caramels make these the most moist and tender brownies this side of paradise. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and you'll think you've already arrived!
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate is what this cake is made of! Sour cream and pudding mix enrich and make this cake moist and delicious.
