  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup strawberry or grape jam
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Grease bottom of an 8-inch-square baking pan.

PLACE 14 pieces of dough in prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to cover bottom. Spread with peanut butter and jelly. Crumble remaining dough in small bowl. Add flour; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle dough mixture evenly over jelly.

Peanut Butter Jam Bar

If you use crunchy peanut butter, you taste the nuts when you bite & no one knows you cheated by not adding peanuts separately. First time I used strawberry jam. Second time I used grape jelly. Boys didn't care what kind of jelly, just wanted to know how long cooling process before they could devour.

This has to be one of the best and easiest recipes I have ever baked! The nice thing about it also was it used very few ingredients and they were things I always have on hand. I can bake these up at a moments notice and everyone loves them!

I love the Nestle cookie dough and this is another idea for a delicious and fast treat for guests and children. I sometimes add a little of whatever jam or jelly I have in the cupboard also nuts or marshmallows or a little of all of the above. Love that dough...always have some on hand for!

I am a bit of a Peanut Butter freak. I always loved Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Sandwiches. I also love Chocolate and brownies. So what could be better than all four together
