I have tried many recipes from this web page but this is the BEST that I have made. My company on the 4th of July were all impressed and thought that this was bought...could have just served this and nothing else. I say to all you must try!!

I love Peanut-Butter Ice Cream so I couldn't wait to try this recipe! I found the cookie crust a bit thick, as did other bakers, so I used brownie squares instead, baking off the extras and crumbling them on top...Delicious!

This recipe is very easy to make and it tastes great; however, cutting the frozen chocolate chip cookie crust is near impossible. I think next time I make it I'm going to mix up the ice cream filling and just serve it over fresh chocolate chip cookies. It was delicious!

I thought this tasted good, but the cookie crust was a pretty hard and chewy. This recipe was okay, but I probably won't make it again.

This recipe was easy and tasted good, but it was extremely difficult to cut the frozen cookie. Letting the pie sit out made the ice cream melt.
