I first made these two years ago for a Christmas party at work. Since then I've had many requests for them and now they have become a Christmas tradition for us. Easy and excellent!

We had a cookie bake off at company Christmas party and these cookies won! My husband and sons love them as well. I'm not keen on mint, but they are a hit for those that do.
