  • 2 cups Vanilla Nut Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 stick packs Vanilla NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE Gourmet Instant Coffee Beverage
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

PREHEAT oven to 300° F.

COMBINE Coffee-mate, milk, coffee granules and granulated sugar in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until coffee is dissolved (do not boil). Remove from heat.

WHISK together eggs and egg yolks in medium bowl; gradually whisk into Coffee-mate mixture. Pour mixture into six 4-ounce custard cups. Place cups in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Fill pan with hot water to 1-inch depth.

BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until custards are set in center. Remove from baking pan; cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over top of each custard. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until sugar begins to melt. Refrigerate before serving.

It was very easy to make, the only thing that I would do different next time is not add so much coffee, and add more brown sugar. I like the sugar crust on top to be a little bit thicker.

This was very good but not my favorite Creme Brulee. Not sure I really enjoyed the coffee usage.

This was good

This was a good dessert but the next time I make it I will be using my favorite bottled irish cream coffee drink to sub for the creamer and coffee in the recipe.

Could be better......

As I did not care for this dessert made with Coffeemate (sorry, Nestle), I made it again using infused heavy cream (heat cream with a whole split vanilla bean, then discard bean after desired flavor is achieved), and a few hand-picked farm-grown cracked black walnuts. I added the nuts with the eggs, baked as directed, and found heaven in my custard cup. Thanks for the basic recipe.

This recipe wasn't as hard to make as it sounded and it came out perfectly.

This takes a little effort but is worth it!

This is the best Creme Brulee I've had in a long time. It was so easy to make. Both my husband and I have agreed that this is a must in our house.
