I make the COOKIE BARS with the refrigerated cookie dough and they turn out PERFECT. I make them 2 - 3 times a week for my daughter's High School Varsity Softball team and they love them. The dough is easy to spread and bakes evenly.

My sister had unexpected visitors while I was at her house. We looked to see what we could feed them. A quick pizza order and a big cookie in the oven and adults and kids were all happy. What a great backup dessert.
